Senior Product Manager Cloud

Job description

Prosource is recruiting on behalf of one of its clients based in Brussels for the position of Senior Cloud Product Manager. This role offers the opportunity to lead a cloud-focused team and drive the strategic development of cloud services across Cloud platforms. You will play a key role in the cloud infrastructure and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary cloud team, including FinOps specialists.
• Foster a collaborative and performance-driven team culture.
• Define team objectives and conduct performance reviews.
• Oversee the design, deployment, and optimization of cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
• Ensure service reliability and performance through monitoring and automation.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to align infrastructure with business needs.
• Promote adherence to internal cloud governance and security standards.
• Maintain and improve operational documentation and procedures.
• Manage service requests, incidents, and change processes.
• Provide strategic input on cloud investments and vendor relationships.
• Lead cloud-related initiatives and agile sprints, ensuring timely delivery.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage budgets and ensure financial alignment with project objectives.

Criteria

• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and tools such as Terraform, Kubernetes, and cloud-native services.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure roles, including team leadership.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch; French is a plus.
• Experience in cloud cost optimization and FinOps practices.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent professional experience.
