Job description
The successful candidate will join the client’s team directly, contributing to a dynamic and evolving digital environment.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the application roadmap and lead evolution projects (coordination, testing, go-live, rollout).
- Participate in the integration of new systems and interfaces (APIs, connectors).
- Ensure the performance and availability of tools, and supervise their corrective and evolutionary maintenance.
- Conduct functional analyses and validate solutions through testing.
- Act as the link between users, suppliers, and IT teams.
- Train and support users, producing the necessary documentation.
- Report directly to the Head of Business Ecosystems & Reporting.
Criteria
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with proven initial experience in IT/application project management.
- Experience in application support and maintenance.
- Knowledge of Excel, interfaces, and APIs (REST, JSON, etc.).
- Excellent command of English and French or Dutch.
- Operational and analytical profile: you enjoy understanding, testing, deploying, and training.
- True team player, solution-oriented, able to collaborate with both business stakeholders and technical partners.
