PMO Consultant

Job description

We are seeking a skilled PMO Consultant with strong expertise in Power BI to support project governance, reporting and performance tracking across strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering actionable insights through advanced data visualization and reporting.



Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports to support project tracking and decision-making.
• Analyze project data and KPIs to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into functional Power BI solutions.
• Support PMO activities including planning, resource tracking, and reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and relevance across reporting tools.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes and tools.

Criteria

Required skills:

• Proven experience in Power BI: building, modifying, and optimizing reports and dashboards.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Solid understanding of PMO methodologies and project lifecycle.
• Excellent communication skills in English (French or Dutch is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have:

• Experience in consulting environments or large-scale transformation programs.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of data modeling and DAX formulas in Power BI.
