Job description

Prosource is recruiting an Expert Consultant in Microsoft 365 for one of its clients located in Wallonia. The consultant will support the internal IT team in maximizing the use of the MS 365 suite, including SharePoint, Teams, Azure Active Directory, and related services. The mission includes assessing the team’s maturity level, defining a roadmap for improvement, and enhancing the Active Directory infrastructure with a strong focus on governance, security, and compliance.

 

Your Role:

  • eam Enablement & Training

  • Assess current skill levels and define a training roadmap.
  • Deliver hands-on workshops and create detailed documentation.
  • Mentor system engineers on MS 365 tools and best practices.

  • Platform Optimization

  • Configure and optimize SharePoint sites, Teams environments, and Azure AD.
  • Implement governance policies, naming conventions, and lifecycle management.
  • Define and enforce security protocols and access controls.

  • Project Support

  • Provide technical expertise on MS 365-related projects.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Active Directory Enhancement

  • Restructure Organizational Units (OUs) for scalability and clarity.
  • Review and optimize Group Policies for security and compliance.
  • Strengthen access control mechanisms and security groups.

  • Governance & Security

  • Establish governance frameworks for MS 365 usage.
  • Ensure GDPR compliance and implement data protection strategies.
  • Monitor platform usage and enforce security standards.

    • Criteria

    Your Profile:

    • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

    • Experience:

    • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 technologies.
    • Proven expertise in SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Azure Active Directory.
    • Strong background in Active Directory and Group Policy management.
    • Experience in training and mentoring IT teams.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Deep understanding of MS 365 architecture and integration capabilities.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Purview, Intune, and Defender for Office 365.
  • Familiarity with hybrid environments and identity federation (ADFS, Azure AD Connect).

  • Fluent in French and English.
