Functional Analyst

Job description

• EPIC to user story conversion: Take the lead in transforming EPICs into actionable, value-driven user stories. You’ll facilitate user story mapping sessions in close collaboration with stakeholders and the Product Manager, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals.
• User story ownership: Craft and validate high-quality user stories that are detailed, testable, and fully aligned with acceptance criteria. Your ownership ensures each story is ready to drive development forward.
• Story refinement with development team: Engage proactively with the development team to refine user stories, ensuring technical feasibility and sprint readiness. Your input will help bridge business needs with technical execution.
• Validation & acceptance testing: Conduct thorough functional validations post-development to confirm that delivered features meet business expectations and acceptance criteria.

Criteria

• 7+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst, including 2+ years in a senior role.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with:
• REST APIs, Swagger
• Event-driven architecture
