Business Analyst

Job description

• Strategic liaison: Act as the trusted link between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring technology solutions align with business goals.
• Process analysis & optimization: Lead in-depth analyses of business processes to identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and digital innovation.
• Facilitation & insight gathering: Conduct workshops, interviews, and design sessions to capture requirements and validate proposed solutions.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with architects, developers, testers, and project managers to ensure solutions are technically sound and aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Thought leadership: Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the evolution of business analysis practices within Prosource and client teams.

Criteria

• A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Skilled at translating complex business needs into clear, actionable IT requirements.
• Experienced in IT systems, data flows, and solution architecture principles.
• An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-impact environments.
• Detail-oriented while maintaining a big-picture perspective.
• Experienced (5–10 years) in similar roles, ideally within large-scale IT or digital transformation programs.
• Fluent in English, with working proficiency in Dutch and/or French.
