Application Project Manager

You’ll orchestrate impactful IT initiatives from vision to execution. You’ll connect people, processes, and technology—ensuring that ideas evolve into sustainable solutions. With the freedom to lead, challenge, and build, you’ll deliver projects that truly make a difference.

• Project leadership: Act as the central point of contact for business application projects. Define clear strategies, map internal client needs, and guide teams toward successful delivery.
• Strategic execution: Translate business goals into actionable roadmaps. Monitor progress and ensure timely, high-impact outcomes.
• Planning & budget oversight: Critically assess estimates, create realistic schedules, and make informed decisions that balance technical feasibility and financial impact.
• Cross-team collaboration: Align IT and business teams, manage dependencies, and foster open communication to ensure shared priorities and smooth execution.
• Change impact & improvement: Identify the impact of changes and propose enhancements to maximize value and minimize disruption.

Criteria

• Proven experience in project management, ideally in complex IT environments.
• Familiarity with development ecosystems, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and software delivery best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn business needs into actionable plans.
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach and a focus on results.
• Skilled in stakeholder management, including external vendors.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative.
• Willing to work on-site regularly (e.g., 2 days/week in Bruges, 1 day/week in Brussels or Hasselt).
