Change Manager

Job description

We’re currently looking for a skilled Change Manager to support our client within their Product & Technology business unit as part of the Transformation Office.

As a Change Manager, you’ll be instrumental in driving the success of internal transformation projects and ensuring they deliver the intended business outcomes. These initiatives may involve technology upgrades, process improvements, or restructuring efforts.

Your core responsibility will be to develop and implement change management strategies that encourage employee adoption and reduce resistance. Here’s what your impact will look like:

• Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to work toward shared goals.

• Challenge the project alignment with business objectives and evaluate outcomes from a people and user perspective.

• Assess change readiness and perform impact analyses to gauge the scope of change from a human-centered lens.

• Take the lead in shaping customized change plans using structured methodologies, and define clear activities to ensure adoption.

• Engage key stakeholders and sponsors, assess their openness to change, and implement actions to boost their buy-in.

• Manage stakeholder relationships, both internal and external, while maintaining a strong business rapport.

• Create and execute a compelling communication plan, tailoring messages and selecting appropriate channels.

• Support training initiatives, including the design and delivery of learning programs.

• Demonstrate independence, proactiveness, and thoroughness in driving change activities.

• Identify challenges early and facilitate effective problem-solving.

Criteria

• You have 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in change management.

• You’re an excellent communicator, fluent in English and either Dutch or French.

• You’re well-versed in change management frameworks, tools, and best practices.

• You possess strong executive coaching skills and are adept at building trusted relationships.

• You know how to influence stakeholders and drive alignment toward a shared vision.

• You bring business insight and a strong understanding of organizational dynamics.

• You’re forward-thinking and curious about integrating GenAI into your day-to-day work.
