Job description
For one of our clients, Prosource is looking for a proactive and skilled Business Analyst to strengthen their team and support ongoing modern workplace transformation efforts.
This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in business analysis and experience in streamlining, prioritizing, and centralizing business needs, user feedback, and technical issues. You’ll serve as a bridge between business units and IT teams, helping ensure alignment between strategy and technology.
Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Project Coordination

Gain a thorough understanding of business operations to spot areas where modern workplace tools can bring improvement.

Collect and clarify requirements with stakeholders to ensure they reflect business objectives.

Prioritize and rationalize initiatives, user requests, and reported issues.

Lead or support small-scale projects from ideation to execution.

Manage UAT (User Acceptance Testing), gather feedback, and document insights to ensure successful outcomes.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Build and nurture relationships with internal teams to understand their specific needs and constraints.

Serve as the intermediary between business stakeholders and central ICT teams, facilitating smooth and effective communication.

Modern Workplace Enablement
-
Ensure modern workplace tools are properly aligned with day-to-day business processes.

Support rollouts and promote the use of modern workplace platforms to boost efficiency.

Deliver user training and support adoption across the group.
Governance & Best Practices -
Ensure compliance with internal modern workplace governance standards.

Share knowledge and provide guidance on tools, processes, and governance to end users.
Criteria
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

At least 3 years’ experience in a Business Analyst role, ideally in a modern workplace or IT setting.

Strong skills in analytical thinking, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

Experience in managing requests, streamlining priorities, and supporting digital initiatives.

Comfortable coordinating small projects and facilitating adoption of new tools.

Bilingual in French and English—this is a must.

Certifications in Business Analysis or Project Management are a plus.

Solid understanding of Microsoft 365, especially Teams and SharePoint (required).

Familiarity with Power Platform and Power BI.

Exposure to Microsoft Project Online and DocuSign eSignature.

Experience using Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).

Awareness of IT Service Management frameworks is a bonus.
