Business Analyst

Job description

You will be in charge of the business processes and to work on a workforce tool for client’s employees. The team consists of Project manager, Stakeholder and some expert in the scope of the client.

The job:

• Map business processes in Visio
  
• Analyse the existing business and bring solutions and improvements
  
• Translate business processes to functional requirements for the development team
  
• Do workshop
  
• Support the development team
  
• Be part of the acceptance testing and do the follow-up with the business user

Criteria

What we are looking for:

• Medior Business Analyst
  
• Expert in Business process mapping
  
• Workforce/HR experience is a plus
  
• mandatory Dutch speaking and fluent in English.
