Assist in the set-up of the Project Management Office and respond to ad hoc project manager needs.





Consolidate the separate Directorates’ management plans and develop and implement a product, project & service management approach. Implement accurate monthly reporting with transparency for all stakeholders, standardize the project management approach and optimize resources.


Collect user feedback for continuous improvement of project management practices. Assist and coach project managers in the correct application of project management standards, including quality assurance and project portfolio management. Provide methods to collect performance data and to prepare monthly project portfolio dashboard. Be responsive to client project manager needs by placing Prosource Project managers at client premises.
