Strategic action planning for measurable improvement  

Measurable improvement is possible only when properly planned. Based on the gaps identified during the assessment, and the goals defined in the goal-driven measurement, a Strategic Action Plan (STRAP) is developed. This STRAP will guide the improvement programme for the years to come.
