On Monday 21 April 2008, Prosource hosted the PMI Belgium Chapter meeting in Mechelen. This turned out to be a major success!  At least 180 project management professionals participated to this meeting. First we played our "improvement ball game" and then Vincent Mahieu, Head of Project Office @ Fluxys presented a case study on their project management improvement approach and results.
