Business Analyst

Job description

For one of our clients, Prosource, we are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst who is also interested in functional analysis.



Responsibilities:

• Business Needs Analysis: Gather and understand the business needs of various stakeholders within the company.
• Functional Design: Develop detailed functional specifications for IT projects. Describe functionalities, workflows, and requirements in clear and understandable terms.
• Interfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams, data analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the design and implementation of effective IT solutions.
• Testing and Validation: Actively participate in testing, validation, and quality assurance phases to ensure that solutions meet specific business needs and quality requirements.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of functional specifications.

Criteria

Qualifications and Skills

• Good understanding of business processes and requirements management.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, proficiency in SQL.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with process modeling tools.
• Familiarity with relevant technologies and computer systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Degree in computer science, business management, or a related field.
