Know where you are and you know where you want to be

 
Prosource scans your project management and ICT processes to look for improvement suggestions. We mainly use the CMMI® model, combined with industry best practices like PMBOK, PRINCE2, Scrum, etc.
 
Assessments are performed at the start of a process improvement programme (where are we and what do we want to improve?), during the PI programme (what is the progress related to the desired maturity level?) or at a milestone in your PI programme (get formal (external) approval that you have reached a target maturity level).
 
Prosource provides different levels of assessment services:
 
    • CMMI quickscan: a quick impression of the level of process maturity based on indirect evidence (what people tell us) collected during one or more workshops.

 

    • CMMI diagnostic: a more rigourous investigation of the level of process maturity based on direct evidence collected and validated during in-depth interviews.

 

    • SCAMPI appraisal: the official SEI Standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement, leading to an official maturity level rating.
