During the PMI Benelux conference Patrick Steyaert, partner of Prosource in charge of innovation, presented the Prosource lean adaptive project management model.

The lean aspect of this model is focusing on the reduction of project waste resulting from project failure, rework and unneeded product features.  Adaptive means that different types of projects need different approaches.
